Catherine joined UBL as a Heed of Beer from EABL where she worked as Marketing Manager with an extensive experience across brands. She was also an Ag. Marketing and Innovations Director at UBL where she played a pivotal role in driving innovative thinking, deploying business controls, empowering teams for performance whilst fostering a collaborative work environment and achieving outstanding results for the function and contributing significantly within the company.

She is passionate and drives for results, has skills on enabling people and teams to achieve their potential, expertise on the work, and commitment to excellence. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives has been invaluable.

Catherine has a solid background from well-known multinationals such as Heineken and GlaxoSmithKline, where she built sound grounding on both trade and brand marketing.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi.
