Since joining Diageo in 2014, she has held senior leadership roles in Cameroon, Ethiopia, and most recently Ghana—where, as Managing Director of Guinness Ghana Breweries, she more than doubled the size of the business, strengthened profitability, and successfully led the transition to new ownership under Castel. She is renowned for her strategic clarity, entrepreneurial mindset, and empowering leadership style, which have consistently inspired high-performing teams.
Her people-first approach has also been widely recognized, with employee engagement scores exceeding 90% in her most recent roles, and she was named CEO of the Year (Alcohol Beverage Industry) at the Ghana CEOs Summit.
