She held key strategic roles on the executive committee of Prudential Uganda, as Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Legal, Governance, Compliance & Risk, and most recently, as the Chief Operations Officer.
Her previous experiences include working at the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development, World Health Organization Geneva, in Switzerland, and at the Centre for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution in Uganda. She is renowned for her optimistic outlook on life, her adeptness at problem-solving, and her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Sheila holds a Master’s Degree in International law and Economics from the World Trade Institute (WTI) Geneva, Switzerland, a Post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Uganda, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University in Uganda.
